TO : ALL CLERKS OF COURT AND LAWYERS OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN MISAMIS ORIENTAL
SUBJECT: MCLE SEMINAR ON JULY 24 TO 27, 2012 AT TH£ GRAND CAPRICE RESTAURANT, LIMKETKAI CENTER, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Misamis Oriental Chapter, in cooperation with the IBP National Office, will sponsor a. Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on July 24 to 27, 2012 at the Grand Caprice Restaurant, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the MCLE Seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall JDg no disruption of the court calendar.
Atty. Robert W. Raypon, Vice President-IBP Misamis Oriental Chapter, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the seminar.
