AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF THE JUSTICES OF THE COURT OF APPEALS - MANILA, SANDIGANBAYAN AND COURT OF TAX APPEALS, AND THE JUDGES OF THE-FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AT THE TENTH CHIEF JUSTICE HILARIO G. DAVIDE JR DISTINGUISHED LECTURE SERIES

The Supreme Court of the Philippines through the Philippine Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the Far Eastern University Institute of Law, will hold the tenth lecture under the Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr. Distinguished Lecture Series entitled, "The Totality of Reforms," to be delivered by Honorable Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, on 19 October 2005, 3:00 p.m., at the Far Eastern University Auditorium, Nicanor Reyes St., Manila.

The Justices of the Court of Appeals - Manila, Sandiganbayan and Court of Tax Appeals, and the Judges of the First and Second Level Courts in the National Capital Judicial Region are hereby enjoined to attend the lecture.

Attendance in the lecture is on OFFICIAL TIME.

The Judges shall see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Registration will start at 2:00 P.M. and the Judicial Reforms exhibit will open at 2:30 P.M.
