ALL EXECUTIVE JUDGES, PRESIDING JUDGES AND PERSONNEL OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS, SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS.

SUBJECT:WEARING OF NEW SETS OF OFFICE UNIFORMS FOR LOWER COURT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2010

The wearing of new sets of office uniforms for those in the National Capital Judicial Region shall commence on the 19th day of April 2010. Those from Regions 1 to 12 shall commence on the 3rd day of May 2010. .

However, those who have already their uniforms may now wear them even before the above stated date. .

The schedule of wearing of office uniforms shall be as follows:

Male Office Uniform (Polo Barong/Pants)

Female Office Uniform (Blouse/Skirt or Pants)

Monday & Wednesday

Mocha Brown/Coffee Brown

Brown/Khaki

Tuesday & Thursday

Cerulean Blue/Shale

Lilac/Midnight Blue

Friday

Appropriate Office Attire *

The Clerks of Court, in single sala courts, and the Clerks of Court in multiple sala courts'as- Chairperson of the Committee on Office Uniforms shall implement and monitor compliance with this Circular, and recommend to the Committee for Office Uniforms for the Supreme Court, Presidential Electoral Tribunal and Lower Courts for disciplinary actions, any violations of this circular.
