NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

REGULAR MEETINGS ON OCTOBER 28-29, 2010 AT BUTUAN CITY

The National Board of Officers of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) will hold regular meetings on October 28 to 29, 2010 at Butuan City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said regular meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized, and available, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge, and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Enrilynn G. Valenzuela, Secretary General of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office a report within ten (10) days from the completion date of the said meetings.
