SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. JAIME C. ULEP

In the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated May 4, 2005, in Administrative Case No: 5808 entitled, "Oscar M. Espiritu vs. Atty. Jaime C. Ulep" respondent Atty. Jaime C. Ulep was suspended from the practice of law for six (6) months, effective from notice.

In the same decision, Atty. Ulep was further warned that a repetition of the same or of similar act will be dealt with more severely. Copy of the decision was received by the respondent on June 8, 2005.
