Subject: First Tagum Rural Bank, Inc. - Authority to Operate as a Consolidated Bank
Please be informed that the Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1363 dated 29 November 2007, approved the consolidation of Tagum Rural Bank (TruBank), Inc., Rural Bank of Carmen (Davao del Norte), Inc. and First Bay Area Bank (Rural Bank of Malalag), Inc. with the consolidated bank to be known as First Tagum Rural Bank, Inc.
The Bank started its operations as a consolidated bank on 1 July 2009.
