Petitioner availed of the One Time Abatement Program under Revenue Regulations No. 15-2006 upon payment of the basic tax ' amounting to P2,971 ,745 .00 for the year 1997. On January 30, 2008, the respondent through Mr. Romulo L. Aguila, Jr., OIC-Head Revenue Executive Assistant LTS- Regular Large Taxpayers, issued a Termination Letter in favor of the petitioner.
