SUBJECT:
GATHERING OF DATA IN CASES INVOLVING DEAF PARTIES/WITNESSES
The Case Monitoring Team of the Philippine Deaf Resource Center, Inc., a recipient of Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) HUMAN RIGHTS SMALL GRANTS SCHEME, to implement the project "Strategies for Attaining Legal Access and Safeguarding Human Rights of the Deaf in the Philippines" are going to various courts to gather data on cases which involve deaf parties/witnesses to be used to create a database that shall serve as basis for reporting to various local and international human rights entities.
In this regard your cooperation is hereby enjoined subject to such limitations as may be provided by existing laws, rules and regulations and Section 7, Article III of the 1987 Constitution.
