For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 4 June 2018 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 11128, entitled "Pedro Ramos v. Atty. Maria Nympha C. Mandagan," to wit:

The Court resolves to NOTE respondent's:

(1) Motion dated March 27, 2018 submitting certifications issued by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Rizal Chapter and the Regional Trial Courts (RTC) of Manila, Legazpi City and Sorsogon City, all affirming that she did not appear as counsel nor file any pleading during the duration of her suspension;

(2) Manifestation and Compliance dated April 16, 2018 submitting a compact disc in compliance with the Efficient Use of Paper Rule;

(3) Supplement to Motion dated April 16, 2018 submitting certifications issued by all branches in the RTC of Manila and the Executive Judge therein that she did not appear nor handle any case from May 13, 2016 to May 13, 2017, and praying that the order of suspension be lifted; and

(4) Ex-Parte Manifestation dated April 17, 2018 submitting the original copy of the certification issued by the IBP Rizal Chapter, confirming her membership, which she inadvertently failed to attach in her motion and supplement to motion.

Acting on the Report and Recommendation dated April 24, 2018 of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) and considering that respondent has complied with and has fully served her one-year suspension from the practice of law, as required in the Resolutions dated April 6, 2016 and December 5, 2016, the Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, further resolves to LIFT the order of suspension from the practice of law imposed on respondent and ALLOW her to RESUME her law practice.

The said report and recommendation of the OBC is NOTED .

Case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
