For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the First Division dated 20 January 2010, in Administrative Case No. 7699, entitled "Ligaya Rayos, Loreto Tabirao, and Shirley Tabirao v. Attys. Ronald Ancheta, Delio M. Aseron and Manuel A. Tiuseco," [formerly CBD Case No. 06-1760], to wit:

"WHEREFORE, for violating Canons 10 and 11 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, Atty. Manuel A. Tiuseco is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for one month. He is further WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar act will be dealt with more severely."
