SUBJECT:

MONTHLY DIRECTORS/OFFICERS CONFERENCE AND REGIONAL CONSULTATIVE MEETING ON JANUARY 29, 2010 AT CASINO FILIPINO, GOLDENFIELDS, BACOLOD CITY

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their monthly Directors/Officers Conference and Regional Consultative Meeting on January 29, 2010 at 6:00 o'clock in the evening at Casino Filipino, Goldenfields, Bacolod City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Eugene C. Paras, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
