ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT:

ANNUAL CONVENTION ON SEPTEMBER 21-25, 2009 AT THE PEARL MONT INN, LIM KETKAI DRIVE, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold it's Annual Convention on September 21 to 25, 2009 at the Pearl Mont inn, Lim Ketkai Drive, Cngayan de Oro City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to iocal funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja, Secretary-Genera! of the Association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the said convention.
