TO : ALL EXECUTIVE JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT OF THE 1 stAND 2 ndLEVEL COURTS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR)

SUBJECT : SKELETON FORCE IN COURTS DURING THE APEC HOLIDAYS IN THE NCJR

In view of Proclamation No. 1072 (s. 2015) and Memorandum Circular No. 84 (s. 2015), calling off work in government offices in Metro Manila from 17, to 20 November 2015, and the advisory of the Chief Justice that courts need to remain open during this period, all Executive Judges in the NCJR are hereby directed to maintain a skeleton force in the Office of the Clerk of Court and assign judges to be on call to act on urgent matters during said period.
