TO : THE CONCERNED EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC. AND THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COSTRAPHIL, MINDANAO CHAPTER

SUBJECT : 2ND MINDANAO CONGRESS AND ELECTION OF REGIONAL DIRECTORS ON AUGUST 29 TO 30, 2013 AT DIPOLOG CITY

The officers and members of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., Mindanao Chapter will hold its 2 nd Mindanao Congress and Election of Regional Directors on August 29 to 30, 2013 at Dipolog City.

In connection therewith, the officers and members of COSTRAPHIL Mindanao Chapter and the following COSTRAPHIL executive officers are hereby authorized to attend the 2 nd Mindanao Congress and Election of Regional Directors on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:
