SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. ISAGANI A. MENDOZA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated 10 December 2014 in Administrative Case No. 5440 entitled "Spouses Nicasio Donelita San Pedro vs. Atty. Isagani A. Mendoza" to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Isagani A. Mendoza is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for three (3) months. He is also ordered to RETURN to complainants the amount of £68,250.00 with 6% legal interest from the date of finality of this judgment until full payment. Respondent is further DIRECTED to submit to this court proof of payment of the amount within 10 days from payment.

Respondent received on February 2015 the aforesaid Resolution. Further, the respondent did not file his motion for reconsideration thereof.
