TO : NEWLY-ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : OATH-TAKING OF NEWLY-ELECTED FLECCAP OFFICERS AND BOARD MEETING ON 9 MARCH 2017

The Officers of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will take their oath as newly-elected Officers of the Association and will hold a Board Meeting on 9 March 2017 at the Supreme Court of the Philippines, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activities on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Dante Gil D. Gumpal, President of the Association; shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the activities.
