The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Eastern Samar Chapter, is sponsoring a conference-seminar to be held in Borongan, Eastern Samar, on Friday, December 20, 1991. S-:iid conference-seminar is for all is members as well as the officials and employees of the national and provincial governments in Eastern Samar whose functions concern the administration of justice.

All judges, lawyers and sheriffs concerned are urged to attend this conference-seminar. Attendance thereat will be on OFFICIAL TIME .
