REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City November 24, 2010 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 94-2010 SUBJECT: Missing two (2) sets of BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing two (2) unused sets of BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the following serial numbers: ROR201000891393 ROR201000891400 The abovementioned forms were reported as missing by Ms. Cecilia G. Torreno, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue District No. 4, Revenue Region No. 1, Calasiao, Pangasinan. Consequently, the same accountable forms have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
