Cristina Castillo-Lim and Rachelle Ngo, appeared. On April 10, 2018, petitioner filed a MOTION TO RESET THE PRE-TRIAL (Cum Apology), stating that its counsel, Atty. Percival G. Alvarez will not be able to appear during the Pre-Trial Conference scheduled today on the ground of SORECO II's Anniversary. Records show that the Petition for Review was filed as early as of June 30, 2016, and petitioner has requested for several postponements. To date, the parties have failed to stipulate on facts and issues of the case. 1 Ass prayed for by respondent and finding the reason alleged by petitioner in the Motion to Reset unmeritorious, this case is hereby DISMISSED. 1 See Resolution dated January 8, 2018 and Order dated August 14, 2017.
