REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3784 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE ADDITIONAL SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PRINTING AND PUBLICATION IN BOOK FORM THE SPEECHES, MESSAGES, AND OTHER WRITINGS OF THE LATE PRESIDENT MANUEL LUIS QUEZON.

AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE ADDITIONAL SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PRINTING AND PUBLICATION IN BOOK FORM THE SPEECHES, MESSAGES, AND OTHER WRITINGS OF THE LATE PRESIDENT MANUEL LUIS QUEZON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the printing and publication in book form the speeches, messages, and other writings of the late President Manuel Luis Quezon.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
