TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND LEGAL RESEARCHERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN ZAMBOANGA CITY, ISABELA CITY AND PROVINCES OF BASILAN, SULU AND TAWI-TAWI

SUBJECT: GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE SEMINAR ON 5 AND 6 MARCH 2002 AT THE GRAND ASTORIA HOTEL, ZAMBOANGA CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), ZAMBASULTA Chapter and the University of the Philippines Institute of Judicial Administration (UP-IJA) will hold a General Law Practice Institute Seminar on 5 and 6 March 2002 at the Grand Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City .

Judges, Clerks of Court and Legal Researchers are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
