AN ACT REQUIRING ALIENS SEEKING TO ENTER THE PHILIPPINES TO PAY THE SUM OF FIFTY PESOS FOR EACH CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCE, THEREBY AMENDING ITEM (10) OF PARAGRAPH (a) OF SECTION FORTY-TWO OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (10) of paragraph (a) of section forty-two of Commonwealth Act Numbered Six hundred and thirteen, otherwise known as the Philippine Immigration Act of nineteen hundred and forty, is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
"(10) Certificate of residence .......... 50.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
