Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document No. (DE) 97-000305 dated 23 June 1997, evidencing registration of the foreign direct equity investment of Korea Exchange Bank, Korea in its Manila Branch, has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or profits remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
