TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURTS IN MISAMIS ORIENTAL

SUBJECT : GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON JANUARY 18-19, 2001 AT THE LITTLE THEATER, XAVIER UNIVERSITY, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Misamis Oriental Chapter will co-sponsor a General Law Practice Institute in cooperation with the Institute of Judicial Administration, University of the Philippines, to be held on January 18-19, 2001 at the Little Theater, Xavier University in Cagayan de Oro City.

All Judges and Clerks of Courts who are interested to participate are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME. But judges should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
