For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned, attached herewith is the amended Annex "A" of Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 42-2016 dated April 4, 2016 containing the revised Price of Sugar at Millsite for Week-Ending March 20, 2016 provided to this Bureau by the Licensing and Monitoring Division, Regulation Department, Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) pursuant to Revenue Regulations No. 13. 2015 dated October 12, 2015.

All revenue officials and employees are enjoined to give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible.
