SUBJECT :

PARTICIPATION TO THE ASSESSMENT OF THE RCAO7 PILOT IMPLEMENTATION

WHEREAS , the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) needs an assessment of the Regional Court Administration Office 7 (RCAO7) pilot implementation which was first implemented on 14 November 2006 and continues to date.

WHEREAS , the said assessment of RCAO-7 from beginning to present may include: (1) the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of decentralization; and (2) enumeration of the facilitating and constraining factors to decentralization.

WHEREFORE, IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, the following Judges and Court Association Officers and Personnel of the 7th Judicial Region are required to attend the Focus Group Discussion to assess RCAO7 Pilot Implementation on 14 July 2011, at the Regional Trial Court Library, Cebu City from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
