For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Third Division dated 1 July 2015 in Administrative Case No. 7325 entitled "Domiciano F. Villahermosa, Sr. vs. Atty. Isidro L. Caracol," to wit:

Acting on respondent's motion for reconsideration of the Resolution dated January 21, 2015 which suspended respondent from the practice of law for one (1) year effective upon finality of this resolution, with a warning that a repetition of the same or similar act in the future will be dealt with more severely, the Court resolves to DENY the motion with FINALITY, as no substantial arguments were raised to warrant its reconsideration.
