TO: ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS (PHILACI)

SUBJECT: 2 nd NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AT DAVAO CITY ON 14,15,16 AND 17 AUGUST 2002

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters (PHILACI) will hold its 2 nd National Assembly at Davao City on 14, 15,16 and 17 August 2002.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with a prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of assembly.
