RMO No. 08-2001 — Creates and renames the Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) for the Final Withholding Tax on Fringe Benefits Digest

REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 8-2001 issued March 23, 2001 creates and renames the Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) for the Final Withholding Tax on Fringe Benefits. The following ATCs are created: 1) on payments to alien individuals - WF320; and 2) on payments to non-resident alien individuals not engaged in trade or business in the Philippines-WF330. The ATC on payments to employees (except rank and file) of fringe benefits based on grossed up monetary value is renamed to WF360.
