SUBJECT:

MEETING O N 3, 4 AND 5 APRIL 2003 AT BACOLOD CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters (PHILACI) will hold a meeting on 3, 4 and 5 April 2003 at Bacolod City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should seek written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and provided that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
