SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) YEARS OF ATTY. ANORLITO A. ALVERO

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Bane dated 23 April 2010, in Administrative Case No. 8159, entitled "Reynaria Barcenas vs. Atty. Anorlito A. Alvero", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, Notice of Resolution No. XVIII-2008-342 dated July 17, 2008 of the IBP-CBD Board of Governors, which found respondent Atty. Anorlito A. Alvero GUILTY of gross misconduct, is AFFIRMED . He is hereby SUSPENDED for a period of two (2) years from the practice of law, effective upon the receipt of this Decision. He is warned that a repetition of the same or a similar act will be dealt with more severely." In the Resolution of the Court En Bane dated 29 June 2010, the Court Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the Notice of Judgment dated 23 April 2010 addressed to respondent Atty. Anorlito A. Alvero, No. 1755 A. Regidor Street, Sta. Cruz, 4009, Laguna, which Notice of Judgment was returned unserved with notation "RTS-Moved Out".
