AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CLERKS OF COURT OF SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURTS AND SELECTED CLERKS OF COURT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AND REGIONS 4 AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON SUBSTANTIVE LAW AND JURISPRUDENCE ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
