SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. SOFRON1O CLAVECILLA, JR.

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated January 28, 2009, in Administrative Case No. 7565, entitled "Mila C. Arche v. Atty. Sofronio Clavecilla, Jr.", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, Atty. Sofronio Clavecilla, Jr. is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for three (3) months, effective upon receipt of this resolution. He is WARNED that repetition of the same or similar act will be dealt with more severely. Let a copy of the resolution be attached to respondent's personal records in the Office of the Bar Confidant and copies be furnished to all chapters of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and to all courts in the land."
