REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7232 - AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE SEVERO VERALLO MEMORIAL DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOGO, PROVINCE OF CEBU, FROM A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL INTO A SEVENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CEBU PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled.

SECTION 1. The Severo Verallo Memorial District Hospital (Bogo General Hospital) in the Municipality of Bogo, Province of Cebu, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a fifty-bed capacity district hospital into a seventy-five-bed capacity provincial hospital, to be known as the Cebu Provincial Hospital.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
