IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES IN REPORTING FCDU LOANS GRANTED UNDER THE FOREIGN CURRENCY DEPOSIT SYSTEM
Effective May 1993, foreign currency deposits units (FCDUs) of local banks shall adopt the revised reporting system for FCDU loans using IOS Form 4: Consolidated Report on Loans Granted by FCDUs (as revised). The report shall continue to be submitted monthly to the Central Bank of the Philippines thru the External Debt Department (EDD) copy furnished the External Trade Department (ETD) and the Foreign Exchange Department (FED).
Attached is a copy of the revised report form as well as the procedures and guidelines for its accomplishment.
This supersedes Circular-Letter (Series of 1992) dated April 30, 1992.
