SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) MONTH OF ATTY. GIL S. UNAY

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 5 June 2013, in Administrative Case No. 9504, entitled "Nancy M. Nasayao vs. Atty. Gil S. Unay," to wit:

"WHEREFORE, Atty. Gil S. Unay is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of one (1) month effective immediately, with a WARNING that a repetition of a similar violation would be dealt with more severely. He is DIRECTED to report the date of his receipt of this decision to enable this Court to determine the start of his suspension."

Respondent received said Resolution dated 5 June 2013 on 3 July 2013, as stated in his letter dated 12 August 2013.
