TO : THE CONCERNED MEMBERS AND OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) IN REGION XI
SUBJECT : SPORTS ACTIVITY ON 27 TO 28 JANUARY 2017 IN TAGUM CITY, DAVAO DEL NORTE
The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Region XI will hold a sports activity on 27 to 28 January 2017 (Friday to Saturday) in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
The players in the sports activity and the concerned PACE officers are hereby authorized to attend the activity on 27 January 2017, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and measures taken to ensure no disruption of the court calendar.
Ms. Marivic E. Fillalan, Regional Director, PACE Region IX, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the sports activity with the complete list of all the court personnel who participated within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
