TO : ALL JUDGES AND EMPLOYEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES. MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCES OF CEBU, NEGROS ORIENTAL, BOHOL, AND SIQUIJOR

SUBJECT : SUPREME COURT CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS, REGIONAL LEVEL ON 26-27 JANUARY 2001 AT CEBU CITY

The Supreme Court Centenary Celebrations, Regional Level will be conducted on 26 and 27 January 2001 at Cebu City.

Judges and Court Employees are hereby authorized to attend the celebration on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are a notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the celebration.
