SUBJECT

: ATTENDANCE AT THE NINTH ANNUAL CONVENTION AND NATIONAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS OF THE PACE TO BE HELD ON MAY 7-9,1997 AT BWS AUDITORIUM TAGBILARAN CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE), Bohol Chapter, will host the Ninth Annual Convention and National Election of Officers of the PACE to be held on May 7 to 9, 1997 at BWS Auditorium, Tagbilaran City.

Members of the PACE are hereby authorized to attend the said affair with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available .

A report on the attendance of the employees concerned should be submitted to this Office within ten(10) days from date of the convention by the authorized officer.
