Memorandum Order No. 33-2024 entitled "Rules and Regulations Implementing Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 14-2024 on the Modes of Disposition of Seized/Forfeited Articles", the The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and pursuant to Revenue
memoranda, recornmendations, and related incidental documents necessary for the Deputy Commissioner for Operations Group is hereby authorized to sign and approve all implementation of the disposition and destruction of seized and/or forfeited articles submitted by Non-Large Taxpayers Disposition Committees, including the following:
1. Letter of Withdrawal and Disposition (Annex "A"); 2. Order of Disposition (Annex "C"); and 3. Notice of Destruction (Annex "D").
This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain.valid unless sooner revoked.
