Medina, Attorney IV, OIC-Chief Legal Division, is hereby designated to perform the power and duties of Assistant Regional Director on all matters, except the following:

1. Letter of Authority 2. Mission Order 3. Preliminary Assessment Notice (PAN) 4. Final Assessment Notice / Formal Letter of Demand (FLD) 5.Final Decision of Disputed Assessment 6. Authority to Issue Refund 7. Subpoena Duces Tecum 8. Tax Clearance other than for bidding purposes; and 9. Authority to Cancel Assessment for purposes of availment of tax amnesty

upon the returm of OIC-Assistant Regional Cynthia Y. Lobo for official duty. This Order shall take effect on May 20, 2026 and shall be automatically revoked
