ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES AND SHARIA COURTS

SUBJECT :

ATTENDANCE AT THE NATIONAL CONVENTION SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON SEPTEMBER 29-30, 1989 AT THE MANILA PAVILION ON OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE LOCAL FUNDS.

The Municipal Trial Judges League of the Philippines, Inc., is sponsoring a national Convention-Seminar-Workshop for all judges of the Municipal Trial Courts, Municipal Circuit Trial Courts, Municipal Trial Courts in Cities and the Sharia Courts who are hereby urged to attend the same. Attendance thereat including travel to Manila on September 28 (Thursday) and back to the official station on October 1 (Sunday) is on OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The registration fee of P500.00 and all other expenses incurred in connection with such attendance shall be defrayed by the respective local governments.

The officers and directors of the League with out-of-town assignments are likewise authorized to attend the regular meetings of the League in Manila on OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS with the expense therefore chargeable against local funds.
