Attached to the motion was a Secretary's Certificate indicating the authority of its President Yoshitaka Taki to effect the withdrawal of the Petition. On April 30, 2012, petitioner, in compliance with the Court's directive dated April 17, 2012, submitted the original of the Board Resolution of March 11, 2012.
