AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT and BRANCH CLERKS IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT IN THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF MEDIATION TRAINEES on COURT- ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) will conduct an Internship Program (North Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat Mediation Programs), to be held on November 16, 2015 to January 18, 2016 at the Trial Courts of Sultan Kudarat.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Sultan Kudarat are required to refer mediatable cases to the PMC Unit in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, starting November 16, 2015 and thenceforth.
