AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES AT THE FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION ON THE PROBLEM AREAS IN HANDLING CYBERCRIME CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with U.S. Department of Justice Criminal Division, Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT), will be conducting a Focus Group Discussion on Problem Areas in Handling Cybercrime Cases, on August 29, 2912, Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Training Center, Ground Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Manila.

Attendance in this Focus Group Discussion shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
