REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7199 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MADRID DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MADRID, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MADRID DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MADRID, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Madrid District Hospital in the Municipality of Madrid, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provision of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
