For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 9 November 2016 of the Special Second Division in G.R. No. 208205, entitled "Atty. Romeo G. Roxas v. Republic Real Estate Corporation," and G. R. No. 208212, entitled "Republic Real Estate Corporation v. Republic of the Philippines,", to wit:

WHEREFORE, petitioner Atty. Romeo G. Roxas is cited for DIRECT CONTEMPT and is SUSPENDED for eight (8) months. He is STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with more severely.
