TO : THE NEWLY ELECTED NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT : OATH TAKING CEREMONY AND CONFERENCE ON AUGUST 1, 2014 IN MANILA

The newly elected national officers of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will take their oath of office on August 1, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. and will hold their conference right after the ceremony.

In connection therewith, the following PACE national officers are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:

Coloma-Rafael, National President of the association, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities with a complete list of all court personnel who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
