TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT: CONVENTION AND SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON 15,16 AND 17 MAY 2002 AT BACOLOD CITY

The Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines will hold its National Convention and Seminar-Workshop under the theme "Uplifting Public's Perception of the Judiciary Through the Clerks of Court" on 15, 16 and 17 May 2002 at Bacolod City.

All concerned Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the business of the court on the said dates and provided there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
