REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1459 - AN ACT AMENDING ITEM THREE AND REPEALING ITEM FOUR, GROUP III, SUBSECTION aa FOR THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item three, Group III, subsection aa for the Province of Leyte, section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows:

"3. Pintuyan Old School Building-Reconstruction ................................. P15,000.00."

SEC. 2. Item four, Group III, subsection aa for the Province of Leyte, section three of the same Act, is repealed.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
